For contractors · Getting paid

How fast does a property manager pay contractors, and what do they need from you?

Send your invoice within 48 business hours of finishing the job, with the work-order number on it. We enter it against that work order and pay vendors on our regular payment cycle. Any job above $500 needs a written bid and the owner's approval before work starts, so every job is approved before you begin.
