What we look for
Qualification requirements
- ✓Household income of at least 3x the monthly rent. If you use a housing subsidy, this applies only to the part of the rent you pay.
- ✓No eviction judgment in the last 7 years. Sealed eviction records and COVID-era rent debt are not counted.
- ✓Credit and rental history reviewed against our written criteria, available on request. Subsidy holders may show other proof they can pay.
- ✓Valid government-issued photo ID
- ✓Verifiable employment, income and rental history
- ✓All occupants 18+ submit a separate application
- ✓Every application is reviewed individually.
Application fee is our actual screening cost, quoted in writing before you apply; refunded if screening is not completed. Pets welcome with owner approval; pet rent applies.
