That fragmentation leads to missed opportunities, information gaps, and decisions made without complete data.
AIRG was founded by Gary Burmaster, DRE# 01408894, a licensed California real estate professional, active investor, and Sacramento native who spent years navigating these disconnected silos before deciding to build something better. The result is an integrated firm where property management operations inform investment decisions, transaction data feeds back into management strategy, and financing is structured around real operating performance.

Gary Burmaster

Gary is a serial entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 15 years of experience in Sacramento real estate. As the owner and CEO of All Inclusive Realty Group, he has built deep expertise across investment property sales, management, and maintenance. His all-inclusive approach to property management — combining operations, acquisitions, and financing under one roof — has made him a leader in the Sacramento market. Gary personally manages hundreds of units, has closed millions in investment transactions, and originated financing for investors ranging from first-time landlords to institutional portfolio holders.

Keith Klassen

Keith is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of experience spanning teaching, nonprofit leadership, community development, and real estate investing. A gifted negotiator and communicator, Keith applies his skills on behalf of investors, buyers, sellers, borrowers, tenants, and owners. At his core, he considers himself a coach and consultant — helping clients through education, patient guidance, and attention to detail.
Keith was raised in San Francisco and earned a degree in Public and Business Administration in San Diego before completing a Master in Divinity at Azusa Pacific. He moved to Sacramento to lead a community development project lasting over seven years. Keith and his wife Char are the proud parents of two sons, Drew and Luke.
