Job Summary

The property manager's main responsibility is to maintain and increase the value of client's real estate investments. The manager MUST have in-depth knowledge of property management principals, actions and standards. Manager is responsible for general management of properties in his/her portfolio.

Manager will complete the following activities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis: show vacant properties, complete move-ins/move-outs, perform required property inspections, post notices, and provide photos/summary of vacant units for marketing, sign up new owners/clientele.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MUST have experience in property management (single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, etc.)
  • MUST possess a current/valid CA Real Estate License.
  • MUST have working/registered transportation complete with valid insurance.
  • MUST be knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Propertyware.

Manager provides his/her own cell phone for the position. Company iPad is available for use when doing inspections.

Compensation:
Manager is on commission base (1099). Managers earns 35% of all monthly management fees, inspection fees and lease up fees. Average base is $3,000.00 per month starting.

All Inclusive Realty Group is a technology proficient office that uses online management software (Propertyware). We have a strong support team with a fun atmosphere and have NO cap on the amount of properties a manager chooses to manage. Each manager is provided a desk with CPU. This makes it ideal to come into the office to work on a daily basis.
