If you’re ready to secure a rental home with All Inclusive Realty Group, the next step is to submit your rental application. A complete rental application is required for all residents over the age of 18 years old. Applications will be processed in the order they are received on a first come, first served basis. 1. Applicants must have good, established rental history, with no evictions.
2. Applicants combined income must be close to three times the rent.
3. We must verify income either by copy of pay stub or by phone.
4. No back owed PG&E and Smud.
5. Minimum credit score of 650 or higher.
